LEVEL 1

This is an introductory class to tumbling for athletes 6 yrs & older, No Experience Required. Students will learn the basics of tumbling.

Skills Trained in level 1 Classes:

  • Handstand
  • Forward and Backward Rolls
  • Cartwheel
  • Roundoff
  • Front and Back Walkovers

LEVEL 2

This is an intermediate tumbling class for athletes 6 yrs & older.

Required skills to Train level 2:

  • Front and Back Walkover
  • Proper form in: Handstand, Cartwheel and Roundoff

Skills Trained in level 2 Classes:

  • Front Handspring
  • Standing Back Handspring
  • Standing Handspring series
  • Roundoff Back Handspring
  • Roundoff Handspring Series
  • Aerial

LEVEL 3

This is an intermediate-excelled tumbling class for athletes 6 yrs & older.

Required skills to Train level 3:

  • 3 Standing Handsprings on Floor
  • Roundoff Two Handsprings Rebound with Feet Together on Floor

  • Standing Tuck
  • Roundoff Handspring Tuck
  • Roundoff Tuck
  • Standing Two Handsprings to Tuck
  • Standing Handspring Tuck (Including series to tuck)
  • Cartwheel Tuck

LEVEL 4

This is an advanced tumbling class for athletes 6 yrs & older.

Required Skills to Train level 4:

  • Roundoff Handspring tuck with Feet Together on Floor
  • Standing Tuck with feet together on Floor

  • Jump to Tuck
  • Roundoff Handspring Layout
  • Standing Two Handsprings to Layout
  • Standing tuck through to tuck
  • Whip through and whip punch to tuck/layout
  • Front handspring front tuck

LEVEL 5

This is an advanced tumbling class for athletes 8yrs & older.

Required Skills to Train level 5:

  • Roundoff Handspring full with straight body twist and above average height.

  • Full Through to Full
  • Specialty Passes through to full
